Dr. Jordan Wright is a Family Physician with special interest and training in Sports Medicine and over 5 years of experience in the field. Dr. Wright is currently accepting referrals for musculoskeletal conditions from physicians across central Vancouver Island.
Dr. Wright has expertise in landmark and ultrasound-guided joint, bursal and musculotendinous injections including corticosteroids (cortisone), viscosupplementation (AKA hyaluronic acid) and PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma).
Referrals for chronic spinal conditions (neck or back pain), chronic generalized pain conditions (e.g. fibromyalgia) and chronic post-concussive syndrome are outside of the scope of care of Sea Point Sports Medicine and are generally declined.
Wait times for consultation are typically 2-4 months.

Sea Point Sports Medicine is pleased to welcome Maddy, a certified orthotist to our team! Maddy will be accepting patients for the assessment, fitting and fabrication of medical support devices (such as braces, splints and orthotics). Medical support devices are often covered by extended heath insurance plans.
